custom-attributes not displaying on recent products

I just noticed that my custom attributes are not displaying on the Storefront or on the Product Page for all my recent products (but, products from April of this year and earlier display them with no problem). The attributes are set and saved in each product, but for some reason it will not generate the display of custom-attributes for these new products. Other than that, nothing is different between the newer products and the older ones that display the attributes correctly… what is going on here?

I went ahead with checking out the site at https://ossiaeditions.com, and custom attributes appear as expected on the front-end. For both Vivaldi and Handel, that you are linking in your message.
