Successfully processed payments status sets to Processing instead of Completed

That’s completely normal, but if you have setup the webhook correctly, the order status will be changed to “Completed”, when you’ll get paid, it could take from 5 minutes to 3 hours??.

Is there anything else I can help you with ???

The webhook is set to receive all events (https://imgur.com/HqZCdTF), it’s “https://mywebsite.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Coinbase”

Any other suggestions what may need to be fixed?

Are you using free plugin or Premium?

The free version if that matters. I was not aware there was a paid version of the plugin and still couldn’t find a way to upgrade. Will that help? Should it be glitchy on the free version?

I asked the question because webhook does not look like our plugin??.

Now you have 3 options,

1. Open ticket on this support, seems you are using this plugin (This pluign does not belong to us).
2. Want to use free version of our plugin use, get it from here Coinbase Commerce.
3. If you want to Upgrade to pro, check the features of Premium one here, Coinbase Commerce for WooCommerce ??.
