Site Structure Question

Hi,

Is there a way to start a new multisite sub-blog with a standard set of pages with the same internal navigation, theme, widgits, permalink settings, plug-ins, etc…

I’m thinking of trying to have each one be a 3-4 page microsite based on a standard “site template”.

Any ideas, or do I have to build out each one separately?
