Free version left me wanting more

Firstly, this is a very good slider – the best I’ve worked on. Support is very prompt and thorough. I don’t think I’ve dealt with any plugin author that can match Smart Slider for their level of support. If a client is willing to pay for the pro version I would definitely use it. The free version is unfortunately limited when it comes to responsiveness and that’s a pity. On simple designs, you may be able to get away with it but when you need different background images for different devices, you’re out of luck because it is not supported in the free version, and the focal point feature in the background images is also not device specific – so sometimes you will need different images per device. I realise the need for the developer to sell licenses but I would have would have rather focussed on limitations like the number of slides or the types of content for the free version.
