Problem in Version 2.0 on the Checkout page

    Hello, We use your Plugin in our customers’ online stores to make the interconnection on the Checkout page with your service. After upgrading to version 2.0 we encounter the following problem:

    After we set up the new Plugin in our client store and rebuilt the shipping methods, we did testing and everything seemed to work normally. But after 1-2 customers arriving at the checkout the Box Now option stops appearing and as a result customers can’t select it.

    We also did tests on a new Woocommerce installation, without Cache, JS, CSS Compressions, etc.

    Again, the first time the Box Now option appeared, then without completing the order we closed the Browser (Incognito) and opened a new Incognito window, put products in the cart and in Checkout the Box Now option is no longer present.

    We rolled back to Version 1.5 and it seems to work normally (also with PHP 7.4 and PHP 8.0)

    The max weight has to be in gr, not in kg.

    Hello everyone!

    Yes we found what was causing the “problem”.

    This plugin calculates not only the actual weight of the product but also the volumetric weight using the weight and dimensions fields of the product.

    So, if the products in the store do not have these data correctly filled in, both the actual weight and dimensions then the Box Now option is not displayed to the customer.

    The truth is that this makes perfect sense and it’s right that they have set it up this way. The problem is that most online stores in Greece and Cyprus do not have the product packaging dimensions so this is confusing.

    Of course this is a problem that the stores should solve and not Box Now.
