Not great, BOGO is limited

  • Very disappointed BOGO is limited to one at a time. This makes no sense for a company that screams how awesome BOGO is.

    Also support is slow. I wouldn’t pay for it and I’m disappointed I’m being forced to use it as their Wholesale plugin is amazing, but they really force you to use this plugin for discount and this is SUPER limiting.

    Hi @rhenium3, sorry we didn’t measure up to your expectations for BOGO.

    BOGO is awesome, but there’s some very good technical reasons why we limited it to one per cart. The complexity gets exponential.

    We are introducing a filter to allow you to override this, would this help?

    Yes, immensely. We really need to have multiple BOGOs happening. Our competitors have it, it is expected in our industry.
