If you don’t want to actually dev a back end to customize it, using the Neve starter themes with a few plugins is a great way to get really, really close to what you want without having to dev a child theme.

I’ve been using Web Agency for its versatility and a whole lot of pre-built, easy-to-customize stuff. It has saved loads of labour, and the templates are stable as responsive layouts.
