WP-Admin crashed after installing WP-Statistics

Hello, I installed WP-Statistics plugin, it worked fine for 3 days and after that it turned off the access to WP-Admin.
I switched PHP version from 7.0 to 7.1, from 7.1 to 8.3 and it didnt help.
I had this problem previously and uninstalled plugin several months ago in cause of that. So I gave another chance for it and it worked only for 3 days in a row and crashed my admin panel.
