Can’t edit existing widgets easily

When trying to edit an existing widget I have to use the ‘Create widgets’ tab but this starts the create widget flow again, I am unable to switch to a specific tab (‘Setup Widget’ for example) to change settings. This is a particular issues when you have customised settings and don’t want to undo these setting when choosing the ‘Select Layout’ (the only way to proceed currently).
Needs a way to edit existing settings easily.
