Add EAN in bulk

  • Hello, what would be the best way to add EANs in bulk on 1000 products? All of them are variable.

    Maybe using WooCommerce export/import native tool? Any recommendation on this?

    Thought on exporting all fields, make modifications on all EANs and then import only product ID and EAN field.

  • Hi @danidub,

    If you want to add EANs to your products automatically, then I would suggest you check the “Generate > Generate EAN for all products” option under the “Tools” section of the plugin’s settings. This will generate EANs for all of your variable products.

    Please give it a try. But please let us know if it is not the appropriate solution for your case.

    Thanks for the reply!

    We have our own EANs so we need to upload them on products, we don’t want to generate new ones but upload them un bulk.

    Any suggestions?

    We hope you are in good health.
    We would like to inform you that there is an option to export products, which is illustrated in the attached screenshot. This will enable you to upload all the product details in the form of an Excel file. The Excel file also features a special column for EAN numbers, which is depicted in another screenshot. All you have to do is enter the EAN numbers for each product and upload the file via import.
