Timeout when trying to access field mapping

    Hello,

    I was using this plugin for a long time now and everything was great. I wanted to create a new feed for another country, however I have a problem when I’m trying to create one. I’m getting to a step with field mapping and here I cannot use ‘add field mapping’ or ‘add custom field’ buttons. It is just impossible to click them. I managed to duplicate my old feed but I cannot get to field mapping options. At first I was getting some PHP server settings errors so I changed it. Now I have:
    max_execution_time 300
    memory_limit 1024M
    post_max_size 128M
    upload_max_filesize 512M

    Now when I click it field mapping https://ibb.co/WgZ3Xw7 I get a timeout. https://ibb.co/Hq1zFd9. Changing execution time doesn’t help. I tried everything. I updated all plugins, wp, themes. I disabled all other plugins. I disabled and activated feed plugin. Finally when I deleted feed plugin and installed it again I was able to enter field mapping – it took very long time. https://ibb.co/T2RKJ6B However, again I had an issue as above (not working buttons) and also when I clicked save button, I got timeout again. I don’t get any logs about it in debug_log nor in server logs.

    WordPress version: 6.3.1
    Plugin version: 12.9.5
    PHP: I tried on 7.4 and 8.1

    I also talked with my hosting provider and asked them for help. They responded few times to try again. I think they were changing some settings but I don’t know and at the end they said I have to reach out to plugin authors as they cannot do anything more.

    Any ideas what I can do about it?

    It solved the issue!! But what for is this feature?

    Also one more question. How can I set the time when to generate feed? I want to do it once per day but at the specific hour.

But what for is this feature?” —> When websites, such as yours have a lot of attributes and/or custom fields (usually added by 3th party plugins) the drop-downs become really big/long. This is taking too much memory for your website, resulting in timeouts. When enabling this feature the plugin will only show the basic attributes and attributes that are actually being used in products.

    “How can I set the time when to generate feed?” —> It is unfortunately not possible to set those times yourselves.
