Gallery not working

How exactly do you create a gallery?

Where exactly does it fail? Do you see an error message?

Have you tried it in another browser? Have you also deleted the cache of the browser?

I click on the Gallery images section, then click on the Property gallery images text and nothing happens, usually it would load another screen for me to load all the photos, but now nothing is loading, there is no error message. Just nothing happens.

Do you have any abnormalities under Tools > Site Health?

Can you also test the whole thing without any plugin activated? So deactivate all of them.

Again, many thanks for the reply. I have checked the site health and all is good, no abnormalities and everything is updated. I then tried with all plugins disconnected and found no difference. I activated them all again and still the same problem.

I took a closer look at your description of the problem and unfortunately I can’t understand it. What do you mean by “Property gallery images text”? Can you show a screenshot of it? Feel free to upload it at https://imgur.com and link it here.

Hi, thanks for the reply, i have found the problem and will paste below, unfortunately its a bit lost on me as i cant find the directory structure to replace the file. Any ideas?? Many thanks.

A minor bug has been identified in the meta box extension that leads to create meta box options for Properties following the WordPress 6.3 update.

Solution:

To rectify this issue, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the required file from the following link: https://jmp.sh/yMhouMTg
2. Upload and Replace the File: Navigate to the directory structure: wp-content → plugins → easy-real-estate → includes → mb → main → inc → fields. Replace the existing “media.php” file with the one you downloaded in the previous step.
3. Verify the Solution: Once the replacement is complete, the problem should be resolved. You can now safely update to WordPress 6.3 and utilize the backend media features without encountering any issues.

This fix has nothing to do with WordPress but concerns a plugin called “easy-real-estate”. This is not in the WordPress repository, nor can I find anything about it online. I don’t know where you got this “solution”, but I would be careful with it. If this is really a solution, it must come from the developer of the plugin “easy-real-estate”.
