Child Pages Not Indexing

For this site we decided to create a site hierarchy based on the client’s business type.

Parent: Electrical Services
– Child A
– Child B
– ETC

However, ONLY the pages that have a parent/child relationship will not index. It doesn’t seem to be coincidence, it seems to be specific to the hierarchy.

Does anyone know of a reason why Child/Parent pages would not be indexing?
