Questions about wp-cron and usernames

    1. Does this plugin ‘respect’ the settings for wp-cron if it is disabled? Or will it run any time the site is accessed, even with wp-cron disabled?
    2. Do you have the option to automatically block login attempts for invalid usernames?
    3. Can you ‘throttle or block’ ip addresses for things like too many pages, too many 404s, etc.?

    Hi @annasgourmetgoodies

    1. Yes it should respect settings define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true ); so it will not run plugin cron task created with wp_scheduled_events when site acccessed but only when wp-cron.php is called.
    2. Yes. WP security > User login > Login lockout tab have option – Instantly lockout invalid usernames please enabled it with Enable login locout feature.
    3. 404 page auto-blocking IP addresses is a feature of the AIOS premium.
