No shipping options were found Error

Hi @jgardonis

This error came up recently for any location I enter in for shipping. I’ve already done the plugin deactivation check, tried multiple locations, cleared caching etc and I still keep getting the error. Please help. Client has had multiple people unable to place order through site.

I understand that about the per product shipping but again even when I disable that extension/that plugin along with the other ones, I still am unable to locate a shipping address anywhere so that seems to rule out the issue with the per product extension. Can we please further investigate what the problem could be?

Does anyone have any other ideas as to what is causing this issue with no shipping options being available? My client has been waiting for an answer.

I was told from woocommerce via email when this issue popped up a couple of weeks ago and was directed to the free support forum here. Again this problem I’m having likely is not from the per product shipping because I disabled it and still have the problem. I need an answer sooner rather than later, or I may have to use another e-commerce platform as my client is losing potential business.

The message you have mentioned appears when there are no shipping methods available for the current shipping zone that you’re using.

As a first step, please can you check that the Shipping Zones have been set up correctly, as per the support guide below:

If everything seems good, then can you head over to?WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping →?Shipping options?page and temporarily enable debug mode:

Next, head back to the Checkout page and check if there’s a message at the top telling you which shipping zones are being used.

Once you know that, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping and click on your shipping zone to see if there are any shipping methods available. If there are, please send us a screenshot so we can see what’s happening.
