Adding composer on top of description box

Hi, may i know how do i add the composer, which is available on both description/short description in the product page, above the product category description box, without relying on acf plugin?

My description box used to have this tool bar where i can add image/headings/bold text/permalink and even my shortcode plugin is there when i used the rankmath plugin, which is weird as they are seo plugin but have this function integrated.

I thought acf was able to solve the issue easily but it requires to add code in the system file while rankmath doesn’t. I also thought this composer on product description box is originally there until i removed rankmath.

So i thought what if i could maybe copy and paste the composer code from the single product to the product category file? Or is there any other way to achieve this? Thanks!
