Updating credit card details changes active subscription to Pending

Upon further checking, we noticed a new type of Comments for WooCommerce Subscriptions; “Eway token payment failed – Eway Error: Transaction Approved”. These type of comments are found after 22/08/2023 which seems to match with the plugin update date.

From what I gather, you are noticing active subscriptions changing status to pending when updating card details, after updating to the latest version of WooCommerce Eway Gateway.

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
