Havin problem with BB Button

    Hello, I have a big problem here. My webpage doesn′t work.

    First I couldn’t access to the wp-admin, I checked I have to deactivate the Contact Form 7 Plugin, I checked that this plugin and the renowise child theme couldn’t be active at the same time, then I deactivate the contact form 7 pluging and activate the child theme again, but now I can see the home page lost the config and trying to personilize the home page I got an error that says add the Edit the widget: BB button add the widget bb button . So what can I do?

    Hi @jossrios

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your site.

    Please make sure to have the latest Bold Builder version (and premium theme as well). Test BB plugin with some WordPress theme ( eg. Twenty Nineteen).

    Regarding your theme – enable parent theme also and test it, perhaps your child theme is causing the issue.

    If the theme is the problem, than please contact theme support.
