    Can you please let me know what’s wrong with my payment method?

    We’re using Paypal as a payment gateway. Last time a buyer paid with PayPal and it works smoothly.

    Yesterday she wants to make another order but it say try again or use another payment source.

    Sorry to hear you ran into this issue, but without more details, it is hard to give any information. Possibly the order notes (if the order was created) or the logs would show more indicators of why this issue occurred. If you can share these with us, we can take a closer look and see if we can help. The logs can be found here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.
    If there are no logs available here, you might need to enable the “Logging” function in the plugin settings here:
    – WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > Connection > “Logging”.
