Hi,
coincidentally we just made an update of the plugin to version 3.1.0 which was published today and immediately got a fatal error:
Warning: require_once(/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/block-visibility/includes/frontend/visibility-tests/edd/edd.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/block-visibility/includes/frontend/render-block.php on line 326

Switched back to 3.0.4 and the error is gone.
