Your website is accessible, it just doesn’t look “pretty” because a lot of files can’t be loaded. The reason is that a wrong domain is entered in the WordPress settings. The domain entered there does not exist. Have you changed anything recently?

Please look at the link I posted above. It is not about getting into the dashboard but about changing 2 details directly in the database via your hosting access. The support of your hoster can help you with this.

Can I reinstall WP without losing data? How would I do that?

I have three requests for you:

a) Please remove the content of your wp-config.php immediately. It contains sensitive credentials of your website’s database. This is the “Bad Stuff” you should never do in this forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

b) Change the login data of your database immediately. Please contact the support of your hoster.

c) As soon as you have done a) and b), please have another look at the link here: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/changing-the-site-url/#changing-the-url-directly-in-the-database – as already written twice, it describes how you can directly change the URL in your database. Please also contact the support of your hoster.
