Dropbox Showing Authenticated but not Configured

I’ve linked and unlinked and re-linked the personal drop box that I have, which has nearly 2gb of space in it, but the destination continues to show as “unconfigured” but “authenticated” in the Backups page of the app on my site. When I run a backup it freezes at 35% (for days at times) when it hits wp-wprss-logs (which is rather large, I’ll admit). But for days? I’ve backed it up with the basic export tool for WP before and it’s not had this problem before. I’d love insights as to if i’ve missed a step of configuring the destination or have missed some other step. Thanks!
