Need links to go a non-wordpress page

I’m building a new site: https://www.nygiantsgirl.com that I would like to be very similar to another site my niece built: https://www.RebySky.com

I don’t know how to get the links in my page navigation to direct to a page outside the site. For example, I would like my bio link to go to: https://www.nygiantsgirl.com/official-bio.htm, a page I built in dreamweaver and uploaded via FTP to the site…but when I try to change the page link, it redirects me to the generic empty wordpress ‘bio’ page.

Does anyone know how to change these links to go somewhere other than a wordpress page ?
