Invoice Not Showing All The Fields

    We are hosting a conference and we have some mandatory fields in GetPaid but they only show up for some of the customers on the invoices. The fields are required so I don’t know why they don’t show up for everyone. Can anyone please advise?

    For reference, I’m referring to the invoice details section. Some invoices only say “viewed invoice – yes”, while others show the full list of answers to mandatory fields we have on the form.
