    Hello,
the hiding mechanism is based on session cookies: so if you control it from your PC by inserting the QR-Code into the browser to simulate the scanning process to access the hidden page, then you have to close and reopen the browser (to delete the cookie) before going straight to the hidden page (and being redirected).
In theory, the cookie should be deleted by a script automatically inserted into the hidden page, but it may happen that for some reason the deletion doesn’t work properly: in this case, the user can access the page by reloading it (or entering the URL directly) until the browser is closed.

I couldn’t check your situation from my PC (guess maybe because you unchecked the “Enable requests from any type of device” option), but I could check the cloaking process from my smartphone, and it worked: the access cookie was deleted, and I could not directly access the hidden page without scanning the qr code.
