• Hello,

    Since today, emails that I send through Mailpoet seem to be effectively send (Mailpoet says so, and some new subscribers have been able to validate their subscription => they have received the confirmation email).

    But most of the emails are not received. Lots of now subscribers email me to complain about the non reception of the confirmation email.

    I tested myself with my own email adress, and I didn’t received the emails. (I have tested with subscription form, but also to send a classical newsletter, and with the automations. Same thing with all the emails send by Mailpoet…)

  • Same exact problem. Shows the email was sent but the vast majority of people aren’t getting it. I sent myself about 3-4 “Preview” emails and never got them. Last night it was working fine. This is certainly a MailPoet issue.

    I noticed you have a paid subscription with us, so you can also contact us through this form and get a faster response from the support team via email.

    I’m checking your logs and I see a mix of hard and soft bounces. Many email addresses from the laposte.net, for example, bounced back with the error message “smtp;550 5.7.1 Service refuse. Veuillez essayer plus tard. service refused, please try later.”.

    This could indicate temporary problems with Laposte.net.

    As you mentioned you’re experiencing deliverability issues, I would strongly recommend setting up a DMARC record for your domain by following these instructions: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#setting-up-dmarc

    This should improve any deliverability issues not related to specific email servers.
