    Hi, I tried using the lost password link and i got the page on the screenshot.
    https://imgur.com/a/YTnxpmo This is on a live website so i had to revert and use the Default wordpress reset password page.

    Can you help with this?

    Hi, The plugin does not have a special page for the password reset feature. The WordPress one is used by default. However, it is possible for a third-party plugin to customize this URL. In your screenshot, I can see that it is going to a “my-account” page. It’s definitely not coming from WordPress.
