• So I have a issue. On my site an email address shows up under the countdown clock. When I change it in the site editor it shows the way I want it but then I save and the contact email is there again in the live version. How do I change that?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @zaxxander , It is likely the email address exists in the Template of the page. Try checking Site Editor > Templates and edit the template that is currently applied on the page.

Within the post, as well as the template editor, also check for any nested paragraph block with the email address. It would be nested within a column block. I generally use the List view to check for all nested blocks.

I don’t see it. On my custom template I see it the way I want to see it and then when I publish I see that dumb email again under the countdown.

Where is the site editor to remove that email permentantly?

Can I give you my logs so you can look?

Please check the Template editor as well as the Page editor of the specific page. The block may have been inserted via either of them. Use the list view to reveal nested blocks.
