    Hello @isidore1964,

Can you please check your browser console for any error messages? Do you have the same issue on the (full) dashboard page?

Hello and thank you for your quick response.
The console does not detect any error messages.
On the full page the graphics are not there either, and no error message in the console either!

    Hello,

I think you are using an ad-blocker then, which as of recently blocks all JavaScript files in the plugin from being loaded.

Please whitelist your own websites in your ad-blocker settings to prevent this issue from occurring.

You can read more about this issue here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/koko-tracking-script-blocked-by-adblocker/#post-17095666

Let us know if disabling your ad-blocker or whitelisting your own sites in your ad-blocker settings doesn’t fix it please.

Even by deactivating my ad blocker (AdBlock) and purging the caches, nothing either, even in private browsing. When I go back to an old version the penultimate for example, the graphics are visible again.
I think there must be something missing in the latest version of your plugin.

    Hey @isidore1964,

That is really strange. In that case, there should be an error in your browser console indicating what went wrong.

Can you please try a different browser to see if the error persists? That way we can rule out an issue with browser caching.

It looks -in my case at least- like /wp-json/koko-analytics/v1/stats?start_date=2023-09-06&end_date=2023-10-03&monthly=0 returns an empty array?

After testing Mozilla and Opera the problem persists! While deactivating ad blockers and clearing caches on these different browsers. And still nothing in the consoles!

@optimizingmatters @isidore1964 Issue pinpointed. Looks like a migration script for the latest version wasn’t running properly, because apparently PHP’s version_compare() function thinks version 1.1 is lower than 1.1.0.

Version 1.1.1 is on the way out in which this is fixed!

    bedankt danny!

It’s all good, version 1.1.1 works well, the graphics are visible again.
    Thank-you for your prompt response.

@isidore1964 Happy to hear it. Thank you for bringing the issue to my attention and helping me resolve it!

I had the same problems on all domains where I use Koko. After the second update today to 1.1.2, the data is back, but there are still problems.
If you now move the mouse over a graph in the dashboard, everything shifts to the right and numbers are no longer displayed via tooltip. And in the overview of the data for, for example, the last 28 days, only 10 URLs are displayed…weren’t there 20 before? if not, maybe it wouldn’t be a bad idea to increase this number ??

    Thanks and Greetings
    Michael

@ghazii Hello Michael, thanks for chiming in! May I ask what browser you are using so I can try to replicate the issue?

As for the top X posts and top X referrers now defaulting to 10 rows, this is because we’re soon releasing an update that allows for more components being added that will then show below this.

I’m thinking of making the number configurable, so that people have the option to set it to whatever number they like. Would that be an acceptable solution for you?

Hi Danny, that sounds great for me ;)I use Firefox and Chrome. In both Browsers it looks similar with the described Problem.

@ghazii We can’t reproduce your issue just yet, so it looks like it is something unique to your website, ie another plugin using the same CSS or something along those lines. I’ll run some more tests to see if I can reproduce tomorrow!

In the meantime, if the issue goes away, let us know please.
