Hi, how does the plugin work for logged in users? When the user is logged in, there’s no email address field on the checkout. How is the abandoned cart triggered for logged in users?

I have tested with logged in users and can’t see any data in the report section.

    Hello @tomz6 ,

    Greetings for the day!

Regarding the email field not showing up when logged in. I would like to clarify that the WooCommerce cart abandonment recovery plugin doesn’t show or hide any fields on the checkout page. It simply collects the data and marks that data as abandoned if the order is not completed.

Regarding orders not getting abandoned for the logged in user, please go to plugin settings and make sure that the user role is not excluded from tracking.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you!
