  • Hi @d6collab

When you navigate to a product category on mobile, it says “no products were found matching your selection,” which is not true & VERY inconvenient! Please fix this quickly as I don’t know anyone who isn’t shopping on their phone!

From what I understand, you’re having a problem with your product categories on mobile. They’re showing “no products were found matching your selection” even though there are products in those categories. I can see how this could be frustrating, especially considering how important mobile shopping is these days.

Let’s work together to solve this issue:

    1. Clear Cache: If you’re using a caching plugin, clear your cache. An outdated cache can sometimes cause problems like this.
    2. Update: Make sure your WooCommerce plugin, WordPress, and your theme are all up to date.
    3. Theme Compatibility: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the problem continues. If it doesn’t, your current theme might be the issue.
    4. Plugin Conflict: Turn off all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the problem persists. If it stops, turn your plugins back on one at a time to find out which one is causing the problem. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If you’re still having trouble after trying these steps, could you give us more details? A screenshot of the product categories screen (Products > Categories) would be really helpful. Also, let us know if this is happening with just one product category or all of them.

You can share screenshots using https://snipboard.io. Just follow the page instructions and paste the URL in your reply.

Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status report will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
