I am looking for some ideas how to set up a custom post type then use ACF Views to display a table of contents for an Employee Handbook.

I am thinking each topic in the handbook with be the actual post. I can use parent posts to help create the hiearchy.

What I haven’t figured out is how to use taxonomy to organize the whole darn thing.

I have at least a dozen manuals I want to convert to online books. They all basically have sections / chapters / sub-topics.

I would love any feedback on how to do this.

I am thinking the items listed in the Table of Contents would each be a post, but then the view on the right would be dynamically driven by what is clicked on the table of contents.

So when you load the page the whole manual shows, but as you either type something in the search bar or click on a specific topic in the Table of Contents the view on the right filters down to the specific thing you are wanting.

    Hi @nostone

So in a nutshell you are trying to create a filter menu that queries posts and have them displayed using View in a Card?

Our plugin doesn’t have a GUI out-of-the-box with this feature.
You could look at our docs on customization and available filters and develop a solution that fits your idea.
