Home Page Header Menu Distorted on Mobile

  • Hi, please assist me in resolving this issue. I use the Astra theme. When my website users and I attempt to access the home page from a mobile device, the header menu is distorted (showing a long vertical string of letters going down the entire far right side of the screen – see screenshot link below). This happens for a about 5-10 seconds then it switches to what the menu should actually look like. This is only happening on mobile. The site loads perfectly on desktops. I’ve ruled out poor or weak internet connectivity as an issue, as my users and I have relatively strong connection to the internet.

    Thanks Herman for referring me to the thread, which I read but it doesn’t seem like I am having the same problem (unless I’m missing something). I’m hoping that Astra will assist me in resolving the issue, as I am still experiencing it.

    Hi @monique0201,

    I check further and notice that you are using WP Rocket plugin. If you try bypassing WP Rocket, I believe you will not see that odd Menu behavior on mobile view. Please contact them and see if they can help.
