password toggle for the password field

  • Hi, I know this was asked 1 year + 3 months ago already by someone.

    How could I add a ‘show password’ toggle for the password field? It is very inconvenient to not be able to see what you type. Customers make frequent mistakes.

    Maybe in the meantime there is an option for this? An addon maybe?

    You would do this via javascript. However, that is beyond the scope of this forum.

    Hi Jeff, thanks for replying. I understand.

    May I ask why you are not integrating this option in the plugin?

    I have found html and javasctipt for this online. Of course, I don’t know where to insert these to make it work. For you that must be peanuts to do and your plugin would meet today’s standards.
    You could add it to a premium version if needed?
