Paypal payment confirmation page ?pms-gateway 4 buttons showing!

Hello there,

I have used Paid Membership Subscriptions for a while but haven’t seen this happen before. I am able to purchase a subscription plan and set up a user account alright, but the page I am taken to ‘to review your order’ after I have logged in to my paypal accounts shows 4 confirmation buttons, instead of just the one. The site swordandthread.com is running the current version of wp 6.3.1 and running version 2.10.0 of PMS. I am running php 7.4 at the moment because another site needs that. Could it be a php issue? I haven’t been able to find a post with a similar issue, so I hope you can help and the issue is familiar to you. Thanks.
