Invoices PDFs don’t get attached to emails and “200: parsererror”

Could you check the WooCommerce logs to see if there are errors with the?wpo-wcpdf?or?fatal-errors?prefix? If so, please share the logs with us. You’ll find the logs under?WooCommerce > Status > Logs. See?Where to find error logs

Also, go to?WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on?Get system report, then click on?Download for support, attach the file on?https://www.file.io/, and finally paste the download link in a reply here (the file will be deleted after the first download, so please don’t try to check the download link yourself, because it will be immediately deleted!).

This is the status report (https://file.io/IfHLVHw0xVML) and here’s the latest error with “wpo-wcpdf” prefix (there are others, all dated after we started noticing the issue, while I see none with “fatal-errors” prefix):

Ok thanks I did as you said and now the issue of invoices not being attached to customers emails seems solved. I can also see the invoice preview on the plugins settings.

Only thing I still can’t see is the invoice preview in the order page… https://file.io/aW4nMzahSgHh

I’m glad to hear that the main issue is solved already.

Regarding the preview feature you mentioned, this is not coming from our plugin. The only previewer we have is the one you can see within the plugin’s settings.

In your screenshot, I’m seeing a Fatturazione Elettronica metabox, that is not added by our plugin: Maybe the invoice preview you mentioned is coming from the plugin that is adding this metabox?

Yes that other feature was coming from another plugin, all sorted out now, thanks.

Are you receiving the same error or are the PDF invoices open correctly?

I get a 200 parse error when I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpo_wcpdf_options_page

Please try to deactivate temporarily the following plugins and then check the preview to see whether it is working again or not:

• WooCommerce Italian Add-on Plus
• Woo Fattura Elettronica PEC

I just tried and I still get the “200: parsererror” on the wpo_wcpdf_options_page.
