    As I can see that you are our pro customer so I request you to please submit your issues on our official support channel, so we can take it up there.

    As per forum guidelines

    For support of commercial themes or plugins, go to the official support channel.
    In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why a commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

    Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
    If you are a vendor and observe someone asking questions about your paid plugin or theme, please direct them towards your own support resources.

    Anyway I informed you about the bug/issue which is still not resolved. From your end cross-verify it if needed.

    8.1.17 (OCTOBER 11, 2023) – Only choices not showing HTML format. Still Questions shows the HTML format. need to update.

    We made an effort to replicate the HTML format using rich answers and HTML tags in the question descriptions, and we encountered no issues on our end. To provide you with the best assistance, could you kindly share a screen recording demonstrating the issue you’re encountering? This will help us replicate the exact problem on our end.

    Concerning the bug related to HTML tags in the exported PDF, I’m pleased to inform you that we have addressed this issue in the QSM plug-in. You can obtain the latest Export Result add-on from your QSM account on our website.

    As for the matter of HTML tags not functioning in the question, we’d like to clarify whether you’re attempting to add HTML tags to the question title or the question description area ? If you’re trying to include HTML tags in the question title, please note that it won’t work because the question title isn’t designed to accept HTML tags. To use HTML tags, you should place them in the question description area. Similarly, for answers, you should utilize rich answers to utilize HTML.

    If the issue persists, please share the quiz link where these errors are occurring, and we’ll be more than happy to guide you through the resolution.
