When arranging a confirmation email, the Email From field only accepts an email address. It does not support the format:

    Actual Name<[email protected]>

…neither is there a field for the actual name. This means that when the email arrives, the user sees a relatively unprofessional-looking front portion of the email address in the “From” column of their email client. In the example above, for example in Gmail, the From field would simply contain “email”.

If there is a way that “Actual Name” can be displayed currently, I can’t find it in the documentation.

This also applies to the “Notification” section.

Please rest assured that we are committed to enhancing our plugin by incorporating additional functionalities in response to our customers’ requirements.

To add a feature request please navigate to the plugin main page then go to the Details section then USEFUL LINKS. There you will find the Request a Feature link.
