Is possible custom changes? Two answers insteead of stars: good / bad (article))

This is such a general request. Is it possible to change the 5 voting items into two – “good article / useful” and “bad article/ not useful”?

If so, how can this be done and by selecting custom icons instead of the default 5 items?
