Display rectangle photos in members directory

Hello, i’m trying to display members photos on the members directory page as rectangles ( like the original ones ). It is displayed squared.
I’m aware there’s no built-in option to modify this.
What file do i have to edit by myself to tell UM not to crop the image to display but keep the original ration wich is 4:3.
Uploaded photos are rectangles, so i guess there must be a script, somewhere, saying it must be cropped and displayed at 1:1.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
