  • Hey @rockinaway – Thanks for reaching out!

I see that you’ve embedded the form on this page. I tried submitting the form on my mobile device, and I was able to submit. Here’s a screenshot.

When you have sometime, can you please share if there’s any specific form where you’re facing the submission issue?

    Kindly,

    Hi,

This one doesn’t seem to work: https://www.examinedental.com/event-feedback

    thanks

Hey @rockinaway – Thanks for following on this ticket, and I was able to replicate the error on my end.

I noticed that you’re using caching tools on the website. When you get a chance, can you please try and disable the anti-spam protection feature in your form builder > Settings > Spam Protections and Security, and see if that helps? Here’s a screenshot. If it works, you can use the other?spam protection?tools that we offer.

    Kindly,

Hey @rockinaway – We haven’t heard back from you since my previous message, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

    Hi Prashant,

Sorry I was away so unable to respond. This doesn’t make any difference. Also, my other forms have spam protection enabled and work fine on a mobile device e.g. my main contact form. It just seems to be this one form.

Just done some more testing. The issue is with ‘Enable AJAX form submission’. I disabled this and the form works on mobile devices. Unsure if this is a bug?

Hey @rockinaway – I’m happy to take a closer look into this issue. When you get a chance, can you please export the form, and share using tools like Google Drive or Dropbox?

Hi Prashant – sure, here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D0FnkNlMcu2OOB_YMtRzi7T1Unhjbc4w/view?usp=sharing

This form is working now as mentioned above once I changed the settings.

    Thanks!

Hey @rockinaway – Thanks for sharing the URL!

I imported the form on my dev setup, and with the Ajax form submission enabled, I was able to submit the form on desktop and mobile. When you get a chance, please take a look at our troubleshooting guide and let us know how it goes as I suspect there might be some conflict going with Ajax submission and theme or a plugin.

    Kindly,
