Showing the original order id?

    I just started a new range of order numbers due to some previous problems with Paypal. Everything works as espected but I also use the shipping label plugin from DHL and the numbers are now different.

    • The shipping labels has the original order ID (i.e. 74421)
    • Your plugin has the new product numbers (i.e. 100023)

    I want to have a solution to put in the original order in the invoice. I’d like to replace the [wfte_invoice_number] or [wfte_order_number] with the original order id like [order_id] but it doesn’t work. I tried all possible meta fields I could imagine but nothing worked.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It seems like you wish to display the default WooCommerce order number as invoice number on documents. To achieve it, you can navigate to Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General > Set invoice number using and select “Woocommerce order number”.
