    Hey,

I need to update and replace an image and when I try to do this, all my hotspot areas are messed up. I paid attention to upload the updated image in the exact same size. But it seems somehow all the hotspot areas must be re-drawn again manually.

Is there perhaps some trick to replace an image?

Thanks a lot for you help – might save a lot of time

    best regards
    Markus

Hello Markus, thanks for reaching out to us! That’s quite strange. Are you using a 4k monitor to draw hotspots? What file format is the image? Is it an SVG image? Can you also reach out to us at [email protected]?

Hey, thanks for your quick reply – it did work now. I honestly don’t know what’s the difference. I didn’t notice any mistake I made. I started the entire process again. Clearly I made sure that it’s the exact same image size. I used JPG. What should I say, it did work now. I don’t know why it didn’t work beforehand when I tried it several times.

No 4k monitor by the way, but it’s possible that I was back then on a different screen when I initially set it up.
