One of the most pleasant experience I ever had

I recently tried out Acowebs’s “Acowebs Product Labels For Woocommerce“, the free version.

I got an issue where the custom product sales badge is not displaying on Single product page. After hours of investigating on what went wrong, I still couldn’t find any clues. My last resort was to try sending a support request to Acowebs, with little hopes that they will even reply (most of the times, when you use free products, their support will either not reply, or will refer you to look up the solutions through the community forum). However, to my surprise, Acowebs’s support team replied and offered a solution and even offered to assist inspecting my site’s code.

Although I eventually found out what went wrong on my site, I still think the a 5 stars rating should still be given to Acowebs.
