We have a membership site, working perfectly for the last 2 years with litespeed cache.10 days ago, we started to get the same problem every morning. Users have no access to the content on their phones, but on desktop everything is OK, they regain access after we purge the cache.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?

Paying users try to access a restricted page on their phone, but they receive a message saying they have no right to see the page, that is a regular message shown to users that don’t have the correct subscription. It happens to all users on their phone, but not on Desktop. We have to purge the cache when we start to receive the complaints and then everyone regains access after the purge, no need for the users to login again.

This started happening 10 days ago, out of the blue, no new plugins or changes. The only change was some plugins and WordPress Maintenance Update. It also happens in the morning when users start to access the content, after we purge everything works correctly until the next day.

so users were in login status all the time , is it possible you can differentiate if that , when no access happens , that is a login-status page ? or guest visitor page ? like if you have a usnername display in the page or something to tell ?
