    Hi @sufyankhan2004

    I hope you’re well today!

You mentioned Excel so I believe you are referring to the export of submissions to the CSV file which then you import to Excel.

CSV export currently does not include submission ID at all and there’s no setting/option to change it. We have it planned to be added to the plugin with one of future updates but I don’t have ETA yet.

You can, however, use a workaround as follows:

    1. edit your form and add a new field to it; field should be of type “hidden”
    2. in that field settings

    – set label to e.g. “ID” (or whatever name you want to put there to make it easily recognizable for you)
    – from “Default Value (optional)” option select “Submission ID”
    – click “Apply” and then save (Update) the form.

    Take a look, please:

And that’s it. From now on when you export submissions to CSV, that file will include submission ID so when you import it to Excel it will also be there.

But note please: this will only work for form submissions made after above change has been applied. Older submissions (made before that) will still not include ID and I’m afraid there’s no workaround for it currently.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
