After resetting Site Kit, I am now getting this error:

Your site may not be ready for Site Kit

Looks like your site is having a technical issue with requesting data from Google services.
To get more help, ask a question on our?support forum?and include the text of the original error message:
    google_api_connection_fail

Any advice appreciated. I am having problems with our Exchange server, so email is not flowing. Could this be related?

Thanks for reaching out @bigmaths. As cURL errors are typically hosting realated, please share the following and we can determine more on this and hopefully get Site Kit up and running:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

In relation to your query about emails and your exchange server, I don’t suspect this is related. Site Kit doesn’t require any email type functionality.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hi James,

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I just managed to get exchange up and running, which meant I saw the email response to my post. I have gone back into the site to check and the error has gone. I am not sure what happened. To my knowledge nothing was changed to trigger it and nothing has been changed to clear it. Very strange. There are no warnings and Site Health is ‘Good’.

    Regards,

    Curtis
