The customizer blog settings are not sticking. when I first load the settings it looks like the settings are not applied. if I change a setting then it reloads and looks as it should. publishing and refreshing the page still shows as if no settings are applied. I do have this blank page set in the settings > reading settings.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @xavierserranoa.

Hmm, from what I see, you have some sort of custom template built in there with lots of added code on top of it. So, I think it would be expected that some customiser options wouldn’t work anymore, since you’re replacing the entire HTML structure of the page.

Could you please get back to me with more details on the system that you have implemented?

    Thanks.

where are you seeing the custom template. because if so ill gladly have it not use the custom template

    Hi @xavierserranoa

Well, I wouldn’t be able to tell you that, since I do not know what you have implemented on your end.

But I do see the entire HTML markup being non-standard on the blog page – https://ibb.co/tmDt7Mt. It’s missing our containers and other markup coming from Blocksy. It should look like this – https://ibb.co/FmkHXqX

Maybe you have something in your child theme, since I can also detect added CSS files and such.

    Thanks.
