[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Displaying Related Posts from all sites on a Multisite Ne

Is it possible to display Related Posts from other sites on a Multisite Network or are they only displayed on a per-blog basis.

Each of our multi-site blogs generate content that forms part of the same site, and we’d like to use YARPP to display content from related posts network-wide.

Ideally, this could be done via a template that shows the post title being preceded by the blogname. Such as: Blogname: Related Post Title.

Better still… The YARPP template to be pre-formatted with each ‘other’ blog’s most related post. I could be stretching it there, but one can only ask ??
i.e.
Blog 1: Most Related Post
Blog 2: Most Related Post
Blog 3: Most Related Post etc…
