When I import contact the user password is wrong

  • Hello I have a problem after that I have imported my user. The import is successful. But when I receive the email with the login details, and I test it the user is unable to log in. The error is password wrong. But the password is correct. It’s possibile to solve?

    How are you managing the passwords, which columns are you using in your CSV to set the password? Or you are not setting any column about it?
